Redpoint Research is a multi-specialty clinical research facility employing several physicians and full-time study coordinators. We are a private multi-physician family practice with two locations in Phoenix, and affiliated with Northwest Medical Center and the Southwestern Center for Pain. Our goal is to enroll high numbers of eligible, compliant subjects, while generating and maintaining top-quality source documentation and CRF data. Redpoint Research maintains relationships with many physicians and medical centers throughout the Phoenix area, creating numerous sources for subject referrals and specialty sub-investigator needs. We always use the central IRB, if available, and ensure a regulatory document turnaround time of five business days or less. Three full-time clinical study coordinators are employed at Redpoint Research, and each study is completely assigned to one coordinator, from start to finish' including drug dispensation and regulatory document maintenance. All coordinators are cross-trained on other studies to ensure proper oversight and backup.
Redpoint Research has experience with Phase II, IIb, III, IIIb, and IV studies in a variety of indications - type I and II diabetes, hypertension, chronic and acute pain management (including opioids), osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, depression, GI diseases, asthma and allergies, diabetic neuropathy, hyperlipidemia, and more. Our affiliation with Northwest Medical Center allows us access to an extensive patient database - over 20,000 patients a year in a primary care setting. We are able to electronically query this database to find eligible subjects for all indications. We use two main Principal Investigators, Dr. Jay Bernstein and Dr. Herbert Goodman. Dr. Bernstein has over sixteen years of clinical research experience, and Dr. Goodman has over five years. We also use several sub-investigators who all have over two years of research experience.
