DataQuest Medical Research, LLC is an independent, full time, state of the art, clinical research facility dedicated to the timely and cost effective execution of clinical trials. Studies undertaken at DataQuest have included investigational and FDA approved medications for the treatment of asthma, rhinitis, and other allergic or immunologic disorders in children and adults. Present and future plans include the execution of clinical trials in the therapeutic arenas of infectious disease (e.g. sinusitis, bronchitis), gastroenterology (e.g. heartburn), insomnia, obesity, smoking cessation, etc.
DataQuest was founded in 1991 by Dr. Robert Cohen, a board-certified allergist and pediatrician. In 2000, Dr. Jon Stahlman, also a board-certified allergist, pediatrician, and Clinical Trial Investigator is the director of Clinical Research.
DataQuest has earned its reputation for excellence through its professional approach to studies undertaken. Every clinical trial is organized independently at each of the study sites to ensure rapid recruitment and enrollment of appropriate subjects. Emphasis is placed on the strict adherence to protocol, attention to detail and accurate entry of data.
Located in Lawrenceville and Conyers, Georgia, DataQuest is housed in facilities contiguous with the clinical practice. The Practice provides care for approximately 9,000 pediatric and adult patients; the majority of study subjects are recruited from this in house population. The personal relationships between the physician and patient have translated into a high degree of patient compliance and follow through.
Professionalism, attention to detail and accountability characterize DataQuest. Whether large or small, each study benefits from the actualization of this approach, resulting in the highest quality of clinical research available.
DataQuest Medical Research has been performing phase II-IV clinical trials in both children and adults since 1991 in the therapeutic areas of allergy, asthma, clinical immunology, urticaria, sinusitis, bronchitis, and heartburn. Future plans include research in the therapeutic areas of insomnia, obesity, smoking cessation, etc.
