Holy Cross Hospital's Michael and Dianne Bienes Comprehensive Cancer Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer, the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC). These accreditations recognize organizations who demonstrate a multidisciplinary team approach to coordinate the best care and treatment options available. The NAPBC requires all patients to have access to breast cancer-related information, education and support; provide breast cancer data collection on quality indicators for all subspecialties involved in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment; provide ongoing monitoring and improvement of care; and offer information about clinical trials and new treatment options.

We are also certified by the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®), an affiliate of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), for meeting the highest standards for quality cancer care and rigorous safety measures established by ASCO and the Oncology Nursing Society.
