Samantha Amaba, RN has more than 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse, which has enabled her to provide a very compassionate approach to Pharmaceutical Research. Through the years, Samantha has maintained an exceptional reputation and relationship within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Samantha started her involvement in research in 1992 by participating in Cardiology Device Research at a large teaching hospital in Memphis, TN. After acquiring a wealth of research experience, Samantha relocated to South Florida where she became involved in Pharmaceutical Research, in particular managing Phase I-IV Clinical Trials. She has substantial management experience in Special Populations as well. Samantha has demonstrated exceptional ability to direct multiple million-dollar trials with complete satisfaction from clients.
Her Passion for Clinical Research has proven to be the avenue to her success!

Cynthia Pawley-Martin has been an RN in the Miami area for 29 years where her experience has been in adult ICU, neonatal ICU, with the last 13 years being in Clinical Quality Improvement. She received her Certification as a Healthcare Quality Professional in 2000. In her time as a Clinical Quality Improvement Manager she has been involved with auditing to meet accreditation and regulatory standards as well as development of improvement initiatives, which includes the analysis of data, identification of opportunities for improvement, and development of interventions using evidence based guidelines. She also has extensive experience in medical record documentation compliance, development of policies & procedures, and coordinating and communicating with and presenting to audiences in support of quality objectives
