Millard Fillmore Hospital is a non profit, academic health center providing inpatient and outpatient services. These services are complimented by our Department of Surgery clinical research team. Our investigators participate in both a private and academic practice, through a partnership in training programs with The State University of New York at Buffalo. The interaction between the hospital services and clinical research team offers our patients every possible option for their care.
Our center has been involved in clinical research for 8 years.

Vascular Disease, Venous Access, Arteriovenous Access, Venous
Disorders, Endovascular Intervention, Carotid Disease. We have
participated on several studies involving diabetic ulcers, venous
statis ulcers, thrombolysis, claudication and device trials.

Our patient population majority is the elderly patient with athrosclorotic peripheral vascular disease. We do have a large number of younger patients present with diabetes and renal failure who require venous access or present with premature atherosclerotic disease.

Millard Fillmore, part of Kaleida Health, is able to provide a full range of services for inpatients and outpatients. The facilities at Millard Fillmore Hospital can offer a vascular patient comprehensive care involving non-invasive vascular ultrasound, angiography, surgery and physical therapy. Millard Fillmore is approximately 20 minutes from the airport, by car and we are on a public transportation route.
