Wake Research is an Organization of Unified Investigational Sites working closely with and meeting the needs of the biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical industry and clinical research organizations. Wake Research was founded by and continues to be affiliated with a large multi-specialty group practice. Additionally, Wake Research Associates has its own proprietary patient database of more than 28,000 volunteers male and female, children to adults for various adaptive and other types of trial designs.

Wake Research is fully equipped to meet the needs of sponsors and CROs in the conduct of Phase I-IV clinical trials in a large variety of indications. Our Phase I facility (Carolina Phase I Clinical Research) is ideal for inpatient/outpatient studies. Some of the amenities we supply to our volunteers include semi-private rooms, meal services, volunteer lounge, showers, television, wi-fi and high speed internet and phone access as well as convenient access to major medical centers around the area while being surrounded by the major universities known for their medical programs including Duke University and UNC Chapel Hill.
