Founded in 1900 in Columbus' downtown, Grant has grown into one of the top hospitals in the U.S. We are recognized nationally for trauma care, robotic and minimally invasive surgery, heart and vascular care, neurosciences and orthopedics.

There are only two adult Level I Trauma Centers in Columbus-and Grant is proud to be one of them, having maintained verification as a Level I Trauma Center by the American College of Surgeons since 1993. Our highly-skilled multidisciplinary response teams care for seriously injured patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We handle more than 20,000 surgery procedures annually. With each one, our focus is on pursuing progressively better outcomes and getting you home sooner. Grant surgeons in a variety of specialties use the da Vinci Surgical SystemTM, the newest and most advanced technology for minimally invasive surgery.
