The Main Line Health CCOP, established in 1994, is a cancer clinical trials program comprised of Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr, and Paoli Hospitals. Each component site has a cancer program that provides definitive multidisciplinary cancer services accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. Lankenau Medical Center (LMC) is a suburban teaching and research-based center located in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania just outside Philadelphia. Unique to our facility is the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research, an independent biomedical center and one of the few freestanding, hospital-associated research centers in the nation. The LMC campus also includes the Walter and Leonore Annenberg Conference Center for Medical Education. All administrative and regulatory functions for our Main Line Health CCOP are centralized. Our administrative and regulatory offices are located on the Lankenau Medical Center Campus.

Bryn Mawr Hospital, located in Philadelphia's western suburbs, continues its leadership as a sophisticated full service acute care community hospital offering advanced medical technology and access to some of the most qualified medical staff in the region. Paoli Hospital, located in Chester County, has expanded its full service acute care facility with the opening of the "Pavilion", which was specifically designed with patient safety and healing in mind, and will set a new standard for patient care in the region.

Each component has designated clinical research nurses and coordinators who partner with the site's multidisciplinary care team. The majority of our clinical research staff are certified, either as a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN). Bryn Mawr Hospital is 5 miles from Lankenau Medical Center. Paoli Hospital is 14 miles from Lankenau.
