The purpose of this study is to evaluate the rate and quality of spinal fusion utilizing
PureGen Osteoprogenitor Cell Allograft and AlphaGraft ProFuse Demineralized Bone Scaffold
(DBS) with supplemental fixation in Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF).
