A Prospective, Multi-Center, Single-Arm Study to Assess Clinical Outcomes In Primary Open or Mini-Open Rotator Cuff Repair Using Conexa Graft Reinforcement
The purpose of this study is to evaluate patient shoulder functional outcomes following
rotator cuff repairs reinforced with a surgical mesh.
Inclusion Criteria:
- has a reparable large to massive two-tendon rotator cuff tear
Exclusion Criteria:
- has had prior shoulder surgery on affected shoulder
- has an irreparable rotator cuff tear
- has a Subscapularis tendon tear
- tobacco user unless tobacco free for 6 months and willing to remain tobacco free for
the entire study duration
- has lower limb injuries that require walking assist devices
- has Type I diabetes, chronic steroid use, cancer, a known collagen disorder or a
sensitivity to porcine derived products
