A Phase 1/2 Study to Evaluate Escalating Doses of DOR201 [Enteric-Coated Oral Beclomethasone Dipropionate (BDP)] for Prevention of Signs and Symptoms of Acute Enteritis in Patients With Rectal Cancer Treated With Combined Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy


The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and maximum tolerated dose of DOR201 and
the effectiveness of increasing doses of DOR201 to prevent the signs and symptoms of acute
radiation enteritis in patients with rectal cancer treated with radiation and chemotherapy.
