allied health professionals in surgical care (e.g. scrub nurses, surgical assistants,
and circulating nurses)?

Inclusion Criteria:
- ≥ 18 years of age
- Employed at Mayo Clinic Rochester as Surgical Assistant, Circulating Nurse, and Scrub
Nurse (Surgical Technicians)
