Inclusion Criteria:
- BMI at least 28 kg/m2
- Type 2 diabetes and/or metabolic syndrome
Exclusion Criteria:
- Liver disease
- Type 1 diabetes
- Recent heart attack or stroke
- Inability to have an MRI scan
