- Jewish religious preference at registration
- Archival material available for testing
- Adequate post-surgical follow-up
- Jewish religious preference at registration
- Archival material available for testing
- Adequate follow-up to determine time to progression
Exclusion Criteria:
-Subjects will not be included in the analyses if a DNA sample cannot be obtained.
