The purpose of this study is to evaluate patient satisfaction and quality of life as it
relates to skin cancer surgery. This research study involves taking a one-time survey online.

Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients ≥ 21 years of age at the time of surgery.
- Had a diagnosis of cutaneous malignancy on the face and underwent surgery at MSKCC
from March 2016-March 2018.
- Cutaneous malignancy includes, but is not limited to basal cell carcinoma,
squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma
- The face is defined as location in the following areas: forehead, temple,
eyebrow, eyelids, cheek, nose, lips, chin, and ears.
- Able to speak and read English
Exclusion Criteria:
- Unable to speak and read English
