The purpose of this study is to look for more rapid methods to diagnose breast cancer. We
will use a cartridge that can look at tumor cells to tell us about their characteristics. We
believe the cartridge may be able to distinguish cancer from non-cancer at a genetic level by
analyzing these cells. The cartridge may also be able to tell us what cancer subtype is
present, if any. While the current standard for diagnosing breast cancer can take a week to
provide results, results from the cartridge are generated in just a few hours.

To test the cartridge, we will collect cells from study participants using a fine needle
aspiration (FNA). An FNA is a type of biopsy and takes about 10 minutes to complete. It will
be done during the participant's visit for a standard core biopsy. We will compare the
results from the cartridge to the results from the standard core biopsy.

Inclusion Criteria:

- Patient must be female

- Patient must be 18 years of age or older

- Patient has been recommended for ultrasound core needle biopsy of a suspicious breast
lesion

Exclusion Criteria:

- Patients may be excluded for any condition that in the opinion of the investigator may
not make it safe to take part (e.g. certain medicines).
