Geneva L. Hill, MD, Board Certified Rheumatoogy
Dr. Hill earned her medical degree from the University of Kentucky in 1987. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Dr. Hill joined Piedmont Arthritis Clinic in 1992. Her research experience includes conducting trials in Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, Gout, Lupus and Back Pain. Dr. Hill has been conducting clinical trials for over 10 years and has been conducting clinical trials with Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC since 2003.

Angela S. Hutcheson, MD, Board Certified Dermatology Dr. Hutcheson received her undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Ethno Biology and Biology. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2001. Dr. Hutcheson practices general medical, surgical as well as cosmetic dermatology. She specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery. Dr. Hutcheson has been conducting clinical trials with Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC since 2007.

Josette J. Johnson, MD, Board Certified Rheumatology
Dr. Johnson earned her degree in medicine from Universite Libre dr Bruxelles, Brussels, Belgium in 1983. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Dr. Johnson joined Piedmont Arthritis in 1988. Her research experience includes conducting clinical trials in Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Back Pain, Fibromyalgia, Gout and Lupus. Dr. Johnson has been conducting clinical trials for over 10 years and has been conducting clinical trials with Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC since 2003.

John T. Kuhl, MD, Board Certified Dermatology
Dr. Kuhl is a graduate of Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where he received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in 2003and completed his dermatology residency at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Kuhl is board certified in dermatology. He practices general medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Kuhl has been conducting clinical trials with Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC since 2007.

Jeffrey G. Lawson, MD, Board Certified Rheumatology
Dr. Lawson earned his medical degree from The University of Tennessee Medical Units in 1971. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Dr. Lawson began his research career in 1983 and his study experience includes research trials in Rheumatology, Osteoarthritis, Low Back Pain, Fibromyalgia, Gout and Lupus. Dr. Lawson has been conducting clinical trials for over 20 years and has been conducting clinical trials with Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC since 2003.

Peter M. Partee, MD, Board Certified Family Medicine
Dr. Partee graduated from of the University of South Carolina in Columbia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology in 1991 and received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1996. He completed his three-year residency in family medicine at Self Memorial Hospital in Greenwood, South Carolina. Dr. Partee has been conducting clinical trials with Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC since 2002.

Louis M. Stephens, Jr., MD, Board Certified Family Medicine
Dr. Stephens graduated from Presbyterian College in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He received his Medical Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. Dr. Stephens completed his three-year residency in Family Medicine at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina, where he was selected as the Outstanding Resident of the Year. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. His medical interests include preventive care, dermatologic procedures and minor surgeries. Dr. Stephens has been conducting clinical trials with Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC since 2002.

Patricia P. Westmoreland, MD, Board Certified Dermatology
Dr. Westmoreland received her undergraduate degree from Winthrop College in Rock Hill, South Carolina and was awarded her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 1971. After completing her internship and residency in Internal Medicine, Dr. Westmoreland served as a civilian physician employee with the United States Army stationed in Germany. After returning from Germany she completed a residency program in Dermatology and was certified by The American Board of Dermatology in 1986. She has been in private practice since that time and is recognized as an expert in the field of dermatology. She practices general and surgical dermatology as well as laser treatments, Botox and cosmetic fillers. Dr. Westmoreland received the honor of being named the South Carolina Dermatologist of the year in 2005.

Heidi Broerman, RN, BSN
Heidi received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998 from Bob Jones University. Her excellent clinical skills and attention to detail make her a wonderful addition to the Palmetto Clinical team. She is at our Rheumatology site, and has been with Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC since 2007.

Mitzi Cheatwood, RN, CCRC
Mitzi received her nursing degree in 1995 from Greenville Technical College and has been involved in clinical research since 1998. She is a member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, and has achieved her certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator. Mitzi is currently the site manager at our Family Practice office. She has been with Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC since 2005.

Mary Sanda, RN, BSN, CCRC
Mary received her nursing degree in 1994 from the University of South Carolina, Spartanburg. She has been in clinical research since 1997. She is a member of ACRP and received her certification as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator in 2000. She is one of the founding partners of Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC and in addition to her management of the company she is the site manger at our Dermatology office.

Claire Saunders, RN, CCRC
Claire received her nursing degree in 1996 from the Greenville Technical College. She has been in clinical research since 1997. She is a member of ACRP and received her certification as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator in 2000. She has experience as a coordinator and a monitor. She is one of the founding partners of Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC.

Christie Snow, RN
Christie has continued her medical training from a CNA certification in July, 2007 to an LPN in August 2008, and finally became an RN in August 2009. She is the newest member of the Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC team and has worked in our Family Practice office since October, 2009.

Kim Williams, LPN, CCRC
Kim is the Site Manager at our Rheumatology Office. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse with an Associate Degree in Human Services. She began her research career in 2001 and has extensive experience in conducting clinical trials in many therapeutic areas. Kim is a member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals and received her certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator through this organization in 2007. She has been with Palmetto Clinical Trial Services, LLC since 2007.
