At The Diagnostic & Treatment Center, the patient is at the center of everything we do. From the overall design of our facilities to the recliners in our waiting rooms, we are committed to offering leading-edge services in the most convenient, comfortable, and caring manner possible. Our facilities are located to provide convenient access for both hospital patients and outpatients visiting the campus.
· Medical and radiation oncology patients have private entrances with adjacent parking. Patients and waiting family and friends enjoy comfortable furniture along with access to computers and television.
· The Women's Center has a private waiting area, internet access and other comforts of home.
· Lab services are available 24 hours a day, with results readily available for all tests completed in-house. Multiple lab drawing stations are located throughout the campus, bringing needed services close to the patient.
· Physical, occupational, and speech therapy are offered in spacious settings, with traditional and leading-edge technology and equipment available. Occupational therapy patients have access to a model kitchen and bathroom to practice day-to-day activities. Our state-of-the-art aquatherapy pool allows a therapy patient to exercise in the water or swim against a current.
The Center has digital computerized medical records and test reporting, in conjunction with Marshfield Clinic and Ministry Health Care, making test results, imaging, and other patient information promptly available to physicians for diagnosis and treatment. This helps ensure that patients receive timely care and feedback and physicians have rapid electronic access to information. For maximum patient convenience, all services of The Diagnostic & Treatment Center and other providers on the campus can be accessed through one convenient Call Center. This single source directs patient calls to the proper resource without multiple transfers, answers questions, and provides general information.
